- Communication Expert: Clear, empathetic, and persuasive—in German and English, across all levels and contexts.
- Agility is in Your DNA: Passion for software development, team dynamics, and true collaboration.
- Scaling Expertise: Experience with distributed teams and agile frameworks at an enterprise level.
