Brain Food Sessions
To grow together as a team, we host internal Brain Food Sessions. These sessions serve as hands-on sessions for new technologies, customer project reports, or introductions for relevant topics. Everyone is welcome to attend and contribute.
Brain Food Talks
We continuously strive to share our knowledge with the community. Once a month, we host a Brain Food Talk, which covers a specific topic and is streamed live on YouTube.

Developer Conferences
We are proud to host <Code/Crafts> as the go-to developer conference with around 300 participants in Vienna. Everyone at SQUER gets the chance to contribute to this event, see the conference internals, or just enjoy the conference as a visitor.
How we get to know each other
To serve our clients as best possible, we need no less than outstanding people, with exceptional motivation to solve complex problems. While you are willing to contribute to the company's success with your talent, experience, and passion, when not avoiding the extra mile, you will have the chance to work with like-minded colleagues and grow with them.

1 introductory call
We start with a 20-minute phone call to streamline our mutual expectations. This call serves as the first acquaintance and also the clarification of some hard facts, e.g. your possible starting time, how many hours you want to work, and your salary ambitions.
2 GET TO KNOW
After the first call, we invite our candidates to a one hour "get to know" session. Two randomly selected people from the SQUER team will talk to you about your career path, experiences, and private interests.
3 Onsite Session
In the last round we ask you to spend four hours with us and work together with different teams. As a final task, we are working together on an architecture case study. Our tasks are adapted to your experience and will give you a realistic impression of our work.
4 Feedback
Ultimately, all persons involved in the interview process discuss their impressions. Also, the salary is being discussed openly and matched against your peers. Straight after the Onsite Session, you will leave our office with a bunch of feedback and hopefully a job offer.
