- Tackle platform challenges with OpenShift and Kubernetes (on-prem, hybrid, or cloud-native)
- Design and implement robust infrastructure with IaC (Terraform, Pulumi)
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or similar
- Integrate with enterprise systems: API gateways, security layers, monitoring, SSO
- Guide infrastructure decisions across clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP – or on-premise)
- Actively shape SQUER culture and projects through technical leadership and open collaboration

Your Tasks
Your Qualifications
- Strong expertise in platform architectures and OpenShift environments
- Good understanding of Kubernetes-native patterns (operators, controllers, service meshes)
- Experience in building and operating CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure layers
- Programming skills in at least one relevant language (e.g. Golang, Python, TypeScript) is a big bonus
- You bring solid consulting experience – and you love empowering teams instead of taking over
- You value continuous learning and enjoy sharing your knowledge with others
- Languages: Fluent in German and English
