As a Product Owner & Account Manager (f/m/x) at SQUER it’s your job to lead the software development teams at our client projects and, by doing so, ensure project success. In the process you will have the opportunity to independently design architectures as well as develop state of the art software systems.

- Knowledge in Team Setup and (servant) Leadership
- Strong communication, coaching and moderation kills
- Analytical thinking and strong solution orientation + Systems thinking
- Knowledge in Lean and Agile Frameworks as well as in Product Thinking (e.g. high proficiency in Product Discovery)
- Deep knowledge in Requirements Engineering/Management (e.g. Impact Maps, Story Maps, etc.)
- Knowledge of software development methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Trainings and further development of your skills are highly important to you. Moreover, you enjoy passing on acquired knowledge.
- You are fluent in English (written and spoken) in order to communicate in the best way possible with colleagues and partners.
